The Franks home was perfect for myself and 2 co-workers. the home was spacious, beds were very comfortable, quiet location. Enjoyed the board games provided also. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Don’t stay anywhere else! Beautiful house with so many amenities and extremely clean. Our favorites were the pool and sauna. Lots of space for everyone…the kids really enjoyed having their own hangout spot downstairs. Amazing view of the Smokies in a private location. Host’s communication and proactive approach was top notch. Very good people! We will be back!

The house was perfect for 3 families with ages 3-70. There was something for everyone to do right at the house. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to work with. After communicating with the Franks a few times, you felt like they were a friend. The views off the back porches were amazing!! We saw the most beautiful sunrise too!

The House on a hill was amazing and beautiful. It was great having a Christmas Morning there and not having to worry about having to go 3-4 different places. The view was amazing. Everything was just as it was show in photos. Reading about the birth of Jesus (The Real Christmas Store) on the back porch with that view over looking the mountains was beautiful.

The Frank's place was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, getting in was easy and they were very responsive. It was just what we needed to stay in Marion for our son's graduation. I would highly recommend it!

I have stayed in over 200 airbnbs and for the price I paid I was honestly shocked by the value here. The Franks home was absolutely spotless and clean, fully furnished, being able to use the garage kept our car out of the snow, and plenty of sleeping space. Highly recommend anyone passing through should stay here!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We brought a few families together to celebrate Thanksgiving, and everyone raved about the cabin. It was well equipped (including all kitchen utensils and cookware needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal), comfortable, and peaceful. It was spacious enough to accommodate multiple families comfortably. The kids had a blast swimming in the indoor pool, playing basketball/pickleball, and making s’mores by the fire. The arcade game was also a hit! The interior is modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The views were stunning (especially the morning sunrise) and the outdoor space was so much fun. We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings! And I can’t say enough good things about the Franks. They were the kindest, most helpful hosts. We will definitely be back!

Wow, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! The home sits in the lovely mountains of Tennessee and offers a breathtaking, multi-layered mountain view. Because of the south-facing deck, we were able to enjoy both sunrise and sunset each day—truly magical.
The cabin itself is cozy, stylish, modern, and extremely clean. The little pool and hot tub were such fun touches, and the whole place feels like something right out of a magazine. It was an easy drive to get there, and the neighborhood is peaceful and surprisingly quiet even though there are other homes being built in the neighborhood. I did not hear anything!
The layout is perfect for a large family or even multiple families. With three floors—and a mix of adult bedrooms and bunk rooms for kids—everyone had plenty of space and privacy.
We loved our stay and would absolutely return!
